Our crosshead is made of ductile iron whose tensile strength is greater than 600MPa.This combination of materials provides a low friction interface and generates very little heat, which indicates no friction, which equates to no wear.
The crosshead pin is made from 45# steel. It is the component between connecting rod and crosshead. Our company strictly follows the taper requirements of the encircle according to the precision machining.

2.They are made via heat treatment.
3.The mud pump piston Assembly are made of special chemigum,
polyurethane and so on.
4.They have good operating effects and long service life.
Mud Pump Piston Assembly are made from 40Cr forgeing steel, which have been processed by heat treatment. The piston rubber are made from special acryonitrile - butadiene rubber, it has superior performance at oil resistance, heat resistance,water resistence.The bottom adapt fiber fabric fabric to strengthen tensile strength, high wear resistence and extend service life. Our products are highly complying with API standard, it keep good performance in various conditions, and it is interchangeable with other API standard piston, and easy to fit out and change.
