The bi metal cylinder liner is one of the most important parts of hydraulic mud pump. Metal liner consists of inner and outer metal sleeves, outer sleeve is made of authoritative carbon steel, inner sleeve is made of high chromium alloy iron, after heat treatment, the hardness of inner sleeve is HRC  ≥ 62, the degree finish is very high. Our bimetal cylinder liner using life is more than 800 hours.
Outer sleeve :  45# forged steal ,tension strength >610MPA , yield strengh >450MPA , elongation percentage >17% , and hardness HB180-200
Inner sleeve: high chromed forged steel , quench harness 60-67 , wear resistant
