1. Integrated Type Vulcanized Rubber Piston Cup
The integrated type vulcanized rubber piston cup is produced by vulcanizing the nitrile butadiene rubber or the PU to the made-up core, without troublesome fixation with pressing plate and circlip. Apart from high pressure jet drilling, this mud pump element can be used on ceramic cylinder sleeve. 

2. Black Rubber Piston Cup
The black rubber piston cup is manufactured with special processing technology. Installed with our product, the mud pump can afford the maximum rated pressure. Employing superior alloy steel as raw material, the rubber piston cup is processed with heat treatment technology for good sturdiness and durability. The operating pressure can be from 1500 to 2500lb per square inch.

3. Blue Rubber Piston Cup
Particularly suitable for the application in severe environment, the blue rubber piston cup has good resistance to abrasion and high tensile strength. The operating pressure is up to 7500lb per square inch.

• The forged, solid valve body construction, of this valve, with thick, rigid seat, provides durability at high pressures.
• The single piece, solid body construction of this valve provides the strength and rigidity needed for high pressure drilling operations in the 5,000 to 7,500 psi (34.5 to 51.7MPa) range
• The snap on, polyurethane insert on standard replaceable. A non-replaceable bonded insert upgrade is available. Various insert styles and materials are available to suit any drilling condition.
• Standard polyurethane inserts are good for 170° to 180°F (77° to 82°C) drilling temperatures. The high temperature is specified for all drilling operations up to and exceeding 300°F/7500psi, suitable for water or oil-based muds. Shelf life of polyurethane insert is 5 years.
