Based on Nickel-Cobalt-Copper Technology and New Materials Application, we develop the new valve and seat of piston diaphragm pump
with following features.
1. High anti-acid (sulfur corrosion), suitable for abrasive slurry of copper, iron, aluminium etc mineral mining.
2. High anti-friction
3. Low friction
4. High impact resistance
The normal main material of Valve Assembly is high quality alloy steels,such as Nickel-Cobalt-Copper.The Valve Insert was made by
newly high molecular materials,to make the piston diaphragm pump spares to resist high-temperature,high-pressure,anti-friction and
sulfur corrosion.
However, it is far from enough.
Our new products can reach 3 times lifespan as normal products, under the same working environment.The working life of ordinary valve is about 200 hours, but our working time can reach 1000 hours.
