1,PS series disc brake system has five functions:service brake,emergency brake,over-
winding protection,parking brake,and mistaken operation protection.
2,Stable effect,powerful brake momentand high reliability
3,Easy to remote and automatic control.
4,Can be mounted on new drilling rigs and old drilling tigs
5,The service caliper is a normal-open caliper in which the structures of lever,float
cylinder and cylinder spring are designed.
6,The safety caliper is a normal-closed caliper in which the structuctures of lever and
float cylinder are designed,and disc springs are used in the cylinder.
7,The double hydraulic circles are used on the service calipers and safety calipers
8,Redundant design is used in the system.Its safety and reliability are enhanced by
Double circles and multiple protections.
9,The structure of inner box and outside box in the hydraulic system is used,and so
the system is apt to the oil field operation condition.
10,Two control models can be selected:manual and electric control.
11,Brake pads are Replaced and the braking clearance is readjusted simply and fast.
