Purpose and working principle of mud cleaner:
The mud cleaner is the primary and secondary purification equipment in the solid control system of the drilling mud. It processes and separates the large amount of drilling cuttings carried by the drilling fluid when returning from the well, so that the mud enters the lower separation equipment. The performance and use of the mud cleaner The quality directly affects the use effect of the lower-level separation equipment. The screen is designed according to the vibration principle of the screen surface producing a linear motion track. The vibration exciter makes the screen box reciprocate, and the solid particles in the mud are screened out of the screen surface with the movement of the screen box, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
