Purpose and working principle of mud cleaner:

The mud cleaner is the primary and secondary purification equipment in the solid control system of the drilling mud. It processes and separates the large amount of drilling cuttings carried by the drilling fluid when returning from the well, so that the mud enters the lower separation equipment. The performance and use of the mud cleaner The quality directly affects the use effect of the lower-level separation equipment. The screen is designed according to the vibration principle of the screen surface producing a linear motion track. The vibration exciter makes the screen box reciprocate, and the solid particles in the mud are screened out of the screen surface with the movement of the screen box, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

 In oilfield solids control, drilling mud cleaners are very efficient for  oil gas well drilling.

1. Cyclone underflow adjustable
If the underflow of the cyclone is too dry or too large, it can be adjusted by replacing the nozzle with a larger or smaller diameter.
2. Long service life
The cyclone is made of polyurethane elastomer material, which has the advantages of strong wear resistance, light weight, no corrosion by acid, alkali and salt solution, and not easy to age.
3. Flexible use
The cleaner can be combined with desanding + cleaning sieve, or desilting + cleaning sieve, or combined with desanding + desilting + cleaning sieve, or using the cleaning sieve as a drilling fluid shale shaker.
4. Save installation space
The cleaner is a device that organically combines three types of equipment: sand removal cleaner, mud removal cleaner and vibrating screen. It has a compact and reasonable structure and saves space on the tank surface.
